Pine Road was founded in 2017. Pine Road was created as a new kind of property investing group – one built to bring a fresh, modern approach to real estate investment by leveraging the latest technology.

There are a lot of property investment groups out there. Some good, some less … good. Pine Road is here to do a few things differently. We’re taking a long term view, investing in technology and pushing sustainable-first property management.

Pine Road has been profitable since 2018 and now owns properties across both the United States and Australia. We’ve seen tremendous growth in the five years we’ve been in business, setting us up for an exciting future in real estate.

Pine Road was started with the idea that A.I. could provide a smarter, more effective way to invest in real estate. In 2017 we invented our proprietary A.I. platform that we now use to drive our real estate investments. Our A.I. platform also helps us manage our properties, driving down costs and creating a better rental environment for our tenants.

This has meant we run our business with the lowest overheads possible, ensuring we can provide excellent returns to our investors and a more sustainable property management approach than our competitors.
