We calculate the interest monthly and pay interest payments to your account quarterly. You can choose to reinvest the interest payments into your account and benefit from compounding returns. Or have the interest paid to your bank account.
We ask that investors deposit their investment for a minimum of 12 months. This helps us ensure we maintain a good level of cash flow for buying properties.
We will pay 5% p.a. as long as Pine Road is profitable. The good news is that we’ve been profitable since 2018 and our company has grown over 20% per year, on average.
